Odinozoda Abdugafor Sher (10.11.1971, Republic of Tajikistan).
A graduate of the Higher School of the MIA of the Republic of Tajikistan (1997), a lawyer by training, after graduating from this educational institution, he was appointed to the position of lecturer at the Department of State and Legal Disciplines. In 2006 he entered the faculty for the training of scientific and pedagogical staff of the Academy of Management of the MIA of the Russian Federation. In 2008 he successfully defended his thesis on the topic: "Theoretical and legal aspects of the formation of civil society (on the example of the Republic of Tajikistan)" on specialty 12.00.01- "theory and history of law and state; the history of the teachings on law and the state. " In 2008 he was appointed to the post of associate professor of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines. 2009-2014 Head of the Department of State and Legal Disciplines. 2014-2015 deputy head of the police college of the MIA of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2015, he was appointed to the post of head of the training department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

He is the author of 1 monograph, 3 teaching aids, and more than 25 scientific articles on the problems of civil society formation, which were published both in the republic and abroad.
