Training-lesson about operational-search activity
From July 16 to 18, 2018, a training was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of the operative employees of the Department of MIA on Khatlon region and Divisions of MIA on the Kulyab's groups region was gave a training of the courses about operational-search activity.
This traning-lesson was conducted under the supervision with head of the Faculty No. 6 of the Academy of MIA, the candidate of legal sciences, the colonel of militia Samiev N.M. and with the participation of teachers of this faculty.
In order to increase the level of professional knowledge of operational staff in the field of records management the case of operational record (COR) and the introduction of related documentation, the senior lecturer of the department (cathedra) of tactics operational and investigative activity, the colonel of militia Sattorov Kh.A.
One of the main lines of activity of operational staff in daily activities is the correct organization of the search for criminals, missing persons and identification of unidentified corpses. Speaking to the participants on the topic "Organization and tactics of identification and detention of persons wanted, missing persons and identification of unidentified corpses", associate professor of the department (cathedra) tactics of operational and investigative activity, colonel of militia Rajabzoda N.R. and deputy head of the faculty № 6 lieutenant colonel of militia Mahmadalizoda Sh.A., listened requests and opinions of participants.
One of the main tasks of the operational staff today is to prevent juvenile youth from joining extremist and terrorist organizations and movements. In turn, the senior lecturer of the Department (cathedra) of preventing the commission of crimes of a terrorist nature and ensuring public safety at the Faculty No. 6 of the Academy of MIA, senior lieutenant of militia Valizoda S.A. spoke for participants on the topic " Features characteristic of cultural and religious opposition to terrorist and extremist ideologies."
During the seminar, the operational staff were asked the presellers the appropriate questions on the topics of their speeches, which were jointly discussed and as a result of these discussions, the operational staff were satisfied with the answers.
