THE VICTORY OF THE SPECIALISTS OF THE ACADEMY OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS IN THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION

From June 15 to November 15 of this year, the 4th international competition "Scientific Book" (Scientific Book) was held at the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The competition was attended by 167 scientific papers from 52 scientific and educational institutions of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan in Almata named after M. Esbulatov, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus in Mogliev, as well as from 17 educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the University of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Customs Academy of Russia, the University of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, etc. were offered.

The submitted works are divided into 28 nominations, and each work was conducted twice. According to the results of the meeting of the expert commission, which includes leading scientists of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the All-Russian Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow named after V.Ya. Kikot and the Institute for Advanced Training of Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Domodedovo were included, determined.
It is pleasant to note that among the participants of this competition there were also teachers and lecturers of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan. 5 nomenclatures of KPO research works were sent to the competition. And it is gratifying that among 52 scientific and educational institutions of the CIS, a monograph has been prepared by the head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Law, associate Professor, Major General of militia Sharifzoda F.R. and Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Ulyanov A.D. "Organizational work by a needlewoman of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan to ensure universally recognized inviolability" participates in the nomination "Improving the efficiency of internal affairs bodies” and receives the first place and another monograph by the head of Sharifzoda F.R. "Information space is a legal degree of internal organization in the field of public safety, participated in the specified nomination and took third place. In addition, in the nomination “National Security”, the monograph of Sharifzoda F.R. " Internal affairs bodies in the system of internal integrity of the Republic of Tajikistan " took the first place.

In the nomination "improving the activities of law enforcement agencies" Candidate of Legal Sciences, police lieutenant Colonel Haidarzoda Z.P. with the monograph "legal and organizational foundations of the effectiveness of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan in combating human trafficking" second place and in the nomination "human and civil rights" - Candidate of Legal Sciences, police lieutenant Colonel Muminov U.K. (Karimzoda U.K.) with the monograph "The constitutional and legal status of foreign groups in the Republic of Tajikistan and the role of the bodies included in its provision" took the third place.
In this regard, the management, teaching staff, officers, cadets and students of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan sincerely congratulate the winners of the competition.
