ROUND TABLE ON THE THEME "MODERN FORMS AND METHODS IMPROVING QUALIFICATION OF STAFF EMPLOYEES"

In accordance with the plan of research activities of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on December 26, 2017 in the meeting room of the Council of Scientists of the Academy a round table was held on the topic "Modern forms and methods of improving the qualification of employees of law enforcement bodies" with the participation of teachers of the Faculty No. 3 and students of the advanced training course from among the employees of the Patrol and Police Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The lecturer of the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, Temirov Vali Tilloboevich on the topic "Methods for increasing the effectiveness of refresher courses", the deputy head of the Faculty No. 2 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, colonel of militia Aslamov Bozorali Safraliyevich on "Pedagogical-psychological forms and methods improvement of professional skills in the bodies of internal affairs: their adaptation to practical activities", deputy head of the Faculty No. 3 of the Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs major of militia Solehzoda Farogat Fathiddin on the topic "The essence of continuing education, suggestions for improving it", chief of the Department of Advanced Training of the Faculty No. 3 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the candidate of political science lieutenant colonel of militia Halimzoda Dilafruz Dodihudo on the topic "Orders and instructions of the Ministry of Interior for improving the quality improvement of professional skills in the bodies of internal affairs”.
The round table was held at a high level by the consideration of the agenda issue, and proposals were presented to improve the quality of the refresher courses.
