CONDUCTING THE PRACTICAL COMPETITION "INTERVIEW OF THE WITNESS" AT THE MIA ACADEMY

In accordance with the plan of research activities of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2017, also on the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, colonel-general of militia Rahimzoda R.H., and with the support of the Association of American Lawyers in the Republic of Tajikistan, December 19-21, was organized a practical course "Interview the witness".
At the competition from the 5th year course of Faculty No. 2, 20 people were allocated and divided into four groups, each of which consisted of five people, the role of each participant was determined during the investigation of the "Interview the witness".
The cadets performed the following roles:
- The investigator;
- Assistant to the investigator;
- Witness;
- Translator or psychologist;
- The criminalist.
The course of this event was observed and evaluated by the jury members, teachers and professors of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, colonel of militia N. Nozirov, lieutenant colonel of militia Aripov A.L. and Imomnazarov F.
Based on the results obtained and the assessment of the jury team won the team number 2.

Based on the results obtained with the technical support of the Association of American Lawyers, 5 participants - the winners were awarded with certificates for the first place in the contest, and 15 other participants were awarded certificates for active participation.
