Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan
Head of the Academy: Nasurien Pulod Asadullo, PhD in Law, major general of militia.
He was born on February 24, 1977 in the Nurek town, Republic of Tajikistan.
In 1998, he graduated from the Higher School of Militia of the MIA of the Republic of Tajikistan, worked as a teacher at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Psychology of Faculty No. 2.
In 2005, on the recommendation of the Academic Council of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was sent to the Faculty of Training scientific and pedagogical personnel of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 2008, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Criminal consequences of illegal migration and measures to prevent it (based on the materials of the Republic of Tajikistan)", specialty 12.00.08 - "criminal law and criminology; the law of execution of criminal punishment".
In 2008-2009, he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Psychology, Faculty No. 2.
In 2009-2014, he worked as Head of the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Activities of Faculty No. 2, in 2014-2018 - Head of Faculty No. 3 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from February 2018 to March 2020 – Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan – he is also Head of Faculty No. 4 (stationed in Khujand).
From March 2020 to July 2021 – Head of the Educational Department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In July 2021, he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and on April 17, 2023 – Head of the Police College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stationed in Kulyab, Khatlon region.
On February 2, 2024, Nasurien Pulod Asadullo was appointed Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and holds this position.
He is the author of 1 monograph, 2 textbooks, 2 methodological manuals, 8 curricula, more than 15 scientific articles, more than 150 proposals and recommendations for improving the legislation of the Republic, has made a significant contribution to the preparation of legal documents on migration policy and police reform.
