Education and activity of faculty №2 Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Faculty No. 2 of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, specializing in "Jurisprudence" and qualification "Lawyer", was formed by Order No. 548 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with attachment dated September 30, 2002. In 2003, due to service necessity, Order No. 648 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the application of November 15, 2003 and the Order of the Chief of the Academy No. 469 of December 8, 2003, the staff schedule of Faculty No. 2 was amended. According to the staffing schedule, Faculty No. 2 consists of the following employees: the Faculty Head - the Head and Deputy Heads of the Faculty; the academic part of the faculty is the senior teacher of the methodologist - 2, the teacher is a methodologist - 2 and the specialist is an employee - 1.

From the first days of education (from December 2003 to September 2005) the faculty was headed by major of militia Otabaeva Lola Ortukovna. From September 2005 until April 2007, the faculty was headed by Colonel of militia Khayrov Mahmadullo Hayrovich. From April 2007 until August 2009, the faculty was headed by associate professor, militia colonel Gafurov Mirshafi Hamidovich.In August 2009, by order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the lieutenant colonel of the militia was appointed to the post of the head of the faculty (since May 8, 2010, the militia colonel) Ravshan Mukhiddinovich Radzhabov, who headed Faculty No. 2 until 2012, from February 2012 to January 2013, a lieutenant colonel of the militia Sharifzod Fayzali Rahmonali (now a major-general of the militia). From 11.04.2014 to the present time the faculty is headed by the PhD, Colonel of militia Alizoda Alidzhon Sharif. The Deputies of Head of the faculty are militia colonels Aslamov Bozorali Safaraliyevich, Nurzoda Shohmahmad Nur, the head of the training section is the lieutenant colonel of the militia Shokirzoda Tojiddin Gulmurod, the senior teachers are the lieutenant-colonel of militia Ismoilov Umarali Nuralievich, the captain of militia Rahimzoda Dilshod Majid, the Teachers Methodists militia lieutenants Ayubov Samandar Kurbonovich and Amirbekzoda Dilshod Amirbek and specialist officer are senior sergeant of the militia Albaeva Zainura Nazarovna. Presently, Colonel of Militia Alizoda Alidzhon Sharif is conducting scientific research work in the field of law. Deputy Chief colonel of militia Aslamov Bozorali Safaralievich is engaged in scientific research work in social sciences. Other faculty members conduct analytical and methodological work.
